1. The service
TripDo is a web-based travel-planning product. It helps collect trip intent, organize places and routes, build and revise itineraries, present a budget basis, and finalize a reviewable plan. TripDo does not currently sell travel, process payments, make reservations, guarantee prices, provide travel insurance, or act as a travel agent.
2. Accounts
The service may create an anonymous Firebase account when you enter the planning app. Anonymous accounts are tied to browser state and can be lost if that state is cleared. You may choose to link Google to retain access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of linked credentials and for activity performed through your account.
Do not attempt to access another user’s trip, bypass authentication or owner controls, interfere with the service, or use automated traffic in a way that harms availability or creates unreasonable provider cost.
3. AI-assisted output
Suggestions, summaries, narratives, and some structured planning outputs may be created with AI model providers. AI output can be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your circumstances. TripDo combines that assistance with map providers and deterministic checks, but those layers do not eliminate every error.
You must independently review the final plan and verify critical travel information, including visas, border requirements, health guidance, safety, accessibility, weather, opening hours, transport operation, reservations, and current prices.
4. Third-party places, routes, and services
Place details, photos, routes, travel times, and distances may come from Google Maps Platform and other third-party sources. Those sources can change without notice and may contain errors. A reference to a venue, route, stay, or provider is not an endorsement, promise of availability, or statement that it is safe or appropriate for you.
Any reservation or purchase you make with a third party is governed by your agreement with that party. TripDo is not responsible for third-party pricing, cancellations, performance, refunds, content, or conduct.
5. Your content
You retain responsibility for the trip details and other content you submit. You grant TripDo the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, transform, and display that content for operating, securing, and improving the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use or unnecessary sensitive information.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use TripDo to:
- break the law, facilitate harm, or violate another person’s rights;
- probe, disable, overload, or bypass security, rate, ownership, or provider controls;
- introduce malicious code or deceptive content;
- resell or scrape the service or third-party place data contrary to applicable terms;
- misrepresent AI-assisted output as guaranteed or officially verified travel advice.
7. Availability and changes
The service is evolving and may be modified, suspended, limited, or discontinued. Features can fail, and draft trips may be unavailable. Export important account data from Planning settings → Account and retain independent copies of information you need while traveling.
8. No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TripDo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that a plan will be safe, feasible, current, or suitable for a traveler’s individual circumstances.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TripDo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost opportunities, travel disruption, injury, third-party charges, or decisions made in reliance on the service. Applicable law may not allow every exclusion, so these limits apply only to the extent legally permitted.
10. Termination and deletion
You may stop using the service at any time and can request authenticated account deletion from Planning settings → Account. TripDo may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service, or to respond to unlawful or abusive use.
11. Legal review and contact
Governing-law, venue, entity identity, age threshold, and jurisdiction-specific consumer terms require owner and legal review before production publication. Questions about these draft terms should follow the Contact page.
